Your password must be 8 characters long, and must contain at least one upper case letter and one symbol (such as !@#$).
When do I login as a member?
You must always login as a member using your unique username and password in order to register for a course, view your registration history, cancel a registration, or access Board Member only materials if you are verified as a CTTC Board Member).
Is a MAC ID Discount Code the same as my User Name or Password?
No, your MAC ID Discount Code is a unique, case sensitive code assigned to your CTTC member organization by CTTC Administrators. Never use your MAC ID code when creating a username and login for the first time. Your workplace or professional email address should be used as your username to ensure it is unique to you.
I think I have created more than one user name and password. How do I clean this up?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of all potential user names or email addresses you believe you created and clarify which email you would like to maintain (all others will be deleted. We will manually clean up your registrations and merge them into the account that you designate within 3-5 business days.
How and where do I sign out?
You sign in and out of your account via the Login Menu located next to the Home button or in the Quick Links Sidebar menu.
How do I register for the first time on the website?
Go to menu item Login. Click on DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Follow the instructions on that page. You are required to create and activate your account before you can register for any course on the CTTC website. Note: a MAC ID DISCOUNT CODE (MAC ID) is not required to set up an account. Non-members that will use PayPal to register and pay for CTTC courses will also first need to create and activate an account prior to registration. Never use your MAC ID when creating a user name and login for the first time.
How do I register an individual for a course?
You must be logged in to register for a course, then: choose the course; make sure you have the correct course. There may be more than one course offered on any particular day. Click REGISTER INDIVIDUAL. Input your MAC ID Discount Code if you are a CTTC Member (NOTE: This is case sensitive). Fill in all pertinent information on the registration form. Be sure to check all details on the Registration Confirmation page. Confirm to complete the registration.
How do I register one of my employees for a course?
If the person you are registering has an existing CTTC account, then you must sign in using the person’s unique username and password first to register that person for the course. Simply register the person as if it were you – using their username and password. If the person does not have an existing CTTC account, click on REGISTER NOW on the main menu, then REGISTER FOR A COURSE. Check the box on the far right under REGISTER for the correct course you want to register the person for, click on ADD TO CART, and proceed to complete their registration as well as their account set up at the same time by following all NEW USER instructions on this page. Be sure to write their username and password down so that they are not forgotten for future use. Be sure to input the correct MAC ID Discount Code if they are a CTTC Member (NOTE: This is case sensitive). Fill in all pertinent information on the registration form. Be sure to check all details on the Registration Confirmation page. Confirm to complete the registration.
What if I want my entire registration history, including cancellations?
If you would like a historical account of all your registrations and cancellations, please send an email to email@example.com requesting a historical report. A report will be run and sent back to you within 3-5 business days.
