Each year, just before the California Transit Association Conference & Expo, CTTC hosts the James A. Ditch Education Fund Charity Golf Tournament, also known as the Jim Ditch Golf Classic.

The first ever Annual Jim Ditch Golf Classic was held in November 2009 in the stunning surroundings of the Bayonet and Blackhorse Golf Course in Seaside CA, when friends and colleagues of Jim Ditch gathered to remember and honor his service to our transit industry and contributions to the founding of the SCRTTC - today's CTTC.
