CTTC Board & Committee Structure

The board consist of transit members, college members, labor members, associations, and private industry members. Board membership and terms of service are determined by our organizational bylaws.

The CTTC currently has five standing committees reporting to the Board: (1) Finance and Budget Committee, (2) Government Affairs & Grants Committee, (3) Administration Committee, (4) Educational Services Committee, and (5) James A. Ditch Fund Committee. Ad hoc subcommittees and working groups may be formed as needed. The Executive Committee is comprised of the Board Chair, Vice Chairs, CFO and Chairs of each standing committee.
