John Zhuang

John Zhuang is currently Legal Counsel at BYD America Corp. He oversees BYD’s legal operations in the United States, Canada, and several Latin America nations. He also serves as acting HR Director for the company. Prior to joining BYD, Zhuang has worked as an attorney in San Francisco, CA and a government relations consultant in Sacramento, CA.
He has deep experience representing some of the world’s top public and private organizations. Zhuang received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from University of California in Davis, California. He is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California. John speaks English and Chinese.
