OFFLINE REGISTRATION       For Online Forms - click Online Registration

How to Register OFFLINE:          

(1) One Form per class and/or per participant; 

(2) Enter all information;

(3) Confirmation will be made by fax or email.

Registration Information:  Please type or print all information requested.  Tuition (where applicable) includes all course materials.  Participants are responsible for one’s own travel, accommodations, meals, and parking.  Contact the SCRTTC online at registration@scrttc.com for any questions.  Registration is first come first served and no refunds issued without 48 hours notice.   Please request any special arrangements at least one-week in advance.   Attendee substitutions are allowed and must be communicated to the SCRTTC staff. Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the class otherwise the course fee will be charged. Substitutions allowed.
