What You Will Learn

This workshop focuses on developing basic supervisory competencies. It provides guidance on good leadership practices and how to carry out common administrative tasks. Supervisors become more sensitive to the diversity of their workers and learn how to tailor incentives to encourage good work performance.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for first and second-line maintenance supervisors, particularly those who have successfully completed their probationary period but who have fewer than two years experience in supervision. It is expected that these new supervisors will have extensive experience in maintenance operations.
